May 22: God Made Everything

Dear families,

Here at Trinity Grace, one of the foundations of our children’s ministry is that we want every child to know that they are fully accepted as children created in the image of God.

It is our prayer that — through conversations with you and stories we learn about at church — your child can look in the mirror or see another person and know that God made them, loves them, and truly sees them as very good.

With love,
Miss Elisa

This week’s preschool episode
Ollie and the wonder clubhouse

  • All month, our preschoolers are learning with Miss Elisa that God made everything.

  • Today's story is all about the creation of animals and people (Genesis 1:24–31) and we remember that God made everything.

  • Practice our preschool memory verse: “God saw everything He had made. And it was very good.” (Genesis 1:31)

This week’s LOWER Elementary Episode
THE 252 Story

  • This month, our elementary kiddos are exploring with Miss Elisa that resilience is getting back up when something gets you down.

  • Today's story is all about Heroes of the Faith (Hebrews 11) and that trusting God can help us to get back up.

  • Practice our elementary memory verse: “But those who trust in the Lord will receive new strength. They will fly high as eagles. They will run and not get tired. They will walk and not grow weak.” (Isaiah 40:31)
