A Message from Caleb

Church Family,

Before you read any further I want to encourage you to take time to watch the video message above as it provides an overview of our immediate plans as a church as well as some pastoral encouragement for how we live as the people of God in this time. The information below will lack context without the video.

We will be providing a shared liturgy to move through together in homes this Sunday in lieu of our normal worship gathering at Middle School 51. The content will be available there by 8:00am on Sunday if not sooner. In this way, we will go on being the church even as we modify some of our rhythms for the sake of our neighbors.

We are encouraging everyone to engage in this liturgy together just as intentionally as you would come to church on Sunday morning. You can gather around a table or in your living room with your family, roommates, lifegroup, or friends. Obviously anyone who is feeling unwell should stay home. But for those who are looking for a place to connect, you can request to attend a home group and the host will reply with further details.

We will be continuing to share updates and resources in the days ahead via email and on our website. This is a challenging time but it also represents a unique opportunity for us to live out our faith and bear witness to the Kingdom of God in profound ways.

We love you all and we pray you experience God’s presence and comfort tangibly in these days.

Grace and peace,

Caleb
