When you walk in the door to Middle School 51 in Park Slope, we want you to feel welcome and a vital part of the Trinity Grace Church family. Here's what you can expect on most Sundays.
A live band of professional musicians lead the Sunday Gathering in modern songs and traditional hymns. Readers from our community incorporate prayers and liturgies into the service. The words are projected on a screen in the front of the room so you can follow along even if you don’t know the songs or readings.
We participate in the celebration of the Lord’s Supper every Sunday Gathering. All Christians who are baptized or member of a church are welcome to take part in this traditional ceremony.
Our prayer ministry team of men and women are available to listen to prayer requests and intercede on behalf of one another during the Sunday Gathering. Look for anyone wearing a prayer lanyard. Learn more »
Parents with infants or toddlers are welcome to participate together in the service. We have reserved seating and stroller parking in the back of the auditorium so you can quickly exit into the Lobby as needed. We also have a Babies Room with rocking chairs, changing table, and a speaker to hear the service. Childcare is not available for ages 6-12 months. Learn more »
Our children’s ministry provides a full program for toddlers (ages 12+ months), preschoolers (ages 2–4), and elementary students (Grades K–5) during the Sunday Gathering (starting at 10:15am) with a dedicated and trained team of teachers. Please visit the Check-In Table when you arrive to register your family. Learn more »
Our student ministry meets with junior high and high school students throughout the week during the school year. These students are invited to sit with their parents and friends during the worship service. Learn more »
Stop by our table in the Lobby to find out how to get involved, meet new people, and learn more about our church. A rotating collection of free resources are also available that relate to the current teaching topic and help answer your questions about the Christian faith and spiritual growth.
We offer free coffee and tea before and after the worship service in the Lobby. Our life groups also occasionally host an extended time of snacks and coffee immediately after the service, including toys and games for kids. This is also a time when groups of friends and newcomers head out into the neighborhood for lunch... please join us! Learn more »
