Connecting Across Relational Lines

In a city like New York, it can be easy to get caught up in our own stories, pouring our energy into daily survival and personal growth. As followers of Jesus, we delight in opportunities to step out of our individual lives to connect with others in meaningful relationships that overflow into tangible love and service to our communities.

We connect through regular parish rhythms of meeting together, both corporately and in smaller groups around the neighborhood, as well as by participating in acts of service and renewal.

Parish Rhythms

These are a starting place for newcomers or anyone in our church, these groups meet weekly to share a meal, study the Scriptures and discuss what it means to live life in the kingdom of God, and pray together. Email our Group Care Deacons to find a group near you.

groups of men and women that meet weekly specifically for praise and worship, to share prayer requests, and to intercede on behalf of one another and the community

Our Online Community

Visit Facebook (TGC Park Slopers) and ask to join. This is for regular attenders and members of our church only for safety of our community.

We encourage you to treat this like an online community bulletin board and post the following:

-Community events

-Items to give away or for sale

-Prayer requests

-Service opportunities

-Housing posts

We have a conviction that the Creator God is at work to heal and remake the whole world. Our own lives are a part of that renewal project and God invites us to join in with Him in the ongoing work of making all things new. To follow Jesus and join Him in His mission is to become agents of renewal in our neighborhoods, industries and our city as a whole.

If you want to know more about serving opportunities in the church you can join a Life Group and begin serving with them, or email our Justice Deacons.

Trinity Grace also has long-term justice partnerships with A House on Beekman and Many Hopes.
