An invitation to joy

Each year, our Christmas Offering supports key initiatives in our church family as we join God in the renewal of our city and world. We invite you to pray about how you can contribute beyond your regular annual financial commitment to Trinity Grace. Thank you for your generosity!

support our justice fund

For this year’s Christmas Offering, we are partnering with two local organizations who share our mission to make the world a better place by supporting New Yorkers in need.

love in action

We are partnering with Safe Families for Children, an organization that creates extended family-like support for desperate families through a community of devoted volunteers motivated by compassion to keep children safe and families intact.

a heart for family

We are partnering with Mother to Mother Brooklyn, an organization that aims to empower women and their families from all different backgrounds and cultures through educational programs, practical skills, and safe spaces to build friendship and community.

support our deacons fund

Every year, our Christmas Offering helps replenish our Deacons Fund to provide financial resources for anyone in our church community who require assistance.

one in heart and mind

Whether money is tight for groceries or a metro card, if a medical emergency comes up, if it’s hard to make ends meet for rent, or anything in between… our Benevolence Deacons identify and provide funds to anyone in need in the church.

We aim to be like the early church in the Book of Acts: “All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had.”

a season of giving

We live in a culture where spirituality cannot be separated from generosity. The needs of our city and of the world are impossible to ignore. The teachings of Jesus implore us to give to those in need and to commit ourselves to an ethic of generosity. The scriptures say that God loves a cheerful giver, not because the church's needs are met, but because God's heart is made glad when we depend on him to provide for us.

“By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” —John 13
